How We Work

1. I review your existing books and bring them up-to-date, making any necessary corrections, and making sure they are setup correctly for your business. Or, if you are a new business, I will setup your chart of accounts and books to match your business specialty.

2. I will work with you to teach you how to do the operational tasks of your books. I will categorize your transactions and reconcile your accounts monthly or quarterly.

3. At the end of each month, I will provide financial reports (balance sheet and income statement) and if necessary, schedule a time to discuss your records. 
   
   Remote and virtual bookkeeping services utilize video conferencing and screen share. I use digital document sharing of receipts, vendor bills, bank statements, and any other necessary documentation.
   
   I will enter into a contract with you outlining the services we are to perform and the tasks you are to complete. My services are on a month-to-month basis and the contract can be terminated by either party at any time.
